I hope you enjoyed reading the first fanfiction that I created. Before I start on the second one (the story is still a Work In Progress), I wanted to explain a bit about the concept that I got this fanfiction from.
This time, there will be actions involved as the storyline is set in a fantasy world. The style is influenced mainly by the animes of Mai-Hime and Mai-Otome.
Just a few terminology from my point of view :
Meister - A person who is able to use the power of the Gem and is able to summon a Child.
Child - Beings summoned by the Meisters in their quest to defeat the Shadow Master. Each Child is different depending on the Meister.
Element - A Meister's weapon that materialises at will. Their form is based on the Meister's characteristics.
Gem - Short for Genetics Enhancing Materialisation. They are able to give it's Meister power far greater than a normal human.
Materialisation - The process of a Meister transforming into battle mode in their Armour.
Gaia - Protector of the Earth. She once fought with the Shadow Master in the Great Battle.
Shadow Master - He is bent on destroying everything to make a new world of his liking. He has a long history with Gaia.
Puppeteers - Those who swore allegiance to the Shadow Master. They have the ability to summon Slaves.
Slave - A being that is summoned and controlled by a Puppeteer.
